There are five muscles worked when doing a triceps extension. The main muscle is, obviously, the triceps. Secondary muscles that are worked are the deltoid, pectorals major, latissimus dorsi, and teres major.
Your quadriceps, hamstrings, calf muscles, hip flexors, lower back, lower abdominals, and your glutes are worked doing lunges. Your quadriceps, hamstrings, and glutes are the main muscles worked, the rest are secondary.
Primary: Posterior Deltoids Secondary: Rhomboids and Traps
Quadriceps
Pretty much only abs, if you're doing them correctly. If you're doing it wrong, tights and arms might be worked too.
If its is an overhand pull up then its is the upper back muscles and the forearms. If it is an under hand pull up then it is mainly the biceps.
Yes, you get abdominal muscles.
it makes your muscles strong to build strength
That question can be answered several ways depending on how you wish to connect the PC's. If you plan to go from one PC directly to another PC, you'll want to use what is called a Crossover cable (typically made out of Cat5e network cable). You can also use other cables to accomplish this if you know what you're doing, such as Firewire or even USB. If you plan to use a switch or router in between your PC's, you will need a straight cable which is also Cat5e. Hope this helps.
Ideally your whole body will be used while doing aerobics. But the primary muscles involved will be your leg muscles (quadriceps, hamstrings, calves) and the muscles of your lower back, abdominal and but muscles.. The lung and heart muscles function at their optimum to compensate the stress on these muscle groups...
becaise when you are doing curls your muscsles are not use to the position so your muscles will have to ajust in order for your muscles to get bigger, and they feel grainy because when your doing the curl, the "grainy" will be your tissue muscle
