It could be you fuse or the switch under you break.
what is the difference between miniature circuit breaker and fuse
An on / off switch , fuel pump inertia switch , bad fuse etc
Break light fuse
A fuse can break the current flowing in a circuit only once whilst a switch can break the current flowing in a circuit many times. In other words a switch can switch the current on and off - and then on again and off again - indefinitely but a fuse can only switch off the current once.
Check the fuse Check the bulbs Check the stop light switch
Check the wiring to the switch they break at the connector to the switch tug on the wires a bit sometimes they break inside the wire covering.Or it could be a multifunction switch( the signal and washer high beem switch)
sounds like bad break light switch. your break pedal has a switch that turns on your break lights when you press on your breaks and off when you take your foot off the pedal.
There is no difference. Slo-Blo is just a trademarked name for a time delay fuse.

You may have a fault somewhere in your wiring. Either your head unit isn't grounded to the car properly, or you have a connection break between either your HU and your battery, your HU and your ignition switch or your ignition switch and your battery. If you had a break between your ignition switch and battery you'd have serious issues. Check all fuses first, the 'radio' fuse is usually inside the car, and is usually 15A. If you can't find a break, your head unit may be faulty.
Check the fuse, check the bulbs, check the brake light switch, in that order.
