"Scrolling" is moving the text of the document on screen. this can be done in many ways. Among these are with:

  • the "scroll wheel" of a mouse that has one
  • The Up or Down Arrow (to the lower right of a 101 key (and other similar) keyboard
  • Click with the middle mousse button in the document and then pull the mouse towars you or push it away
  • The Page Up or Page Down buttons
  • The "scroll bar to the right of the document window - place the mouse pointer on the bar and drag up or down.
  • Clicking in the scroll bar field but not on the movable button, click above the button to shift a screen up in the document below the button to shift a screen down
  • Click the triangles at the top or bottom of the scroll bar

Using Shift or Ctrl or Alt keys in combination with any of these might increase or decrease the scrolling speed
