∙ 15y agoTo fully understand the question, I'd need more info. How often does this occur? Daily? occasionally? once a month? Are you pregnant? If you are NOT pregnant, and is occurring only occasionally, or monthly... it may be ovulatory pain called "middle-shmertz". If you are NOT pregnant and this is more often than one a month.. Please be seen by your health care provider (hcp) it could be an appendix issue. If you ARE pregnant, CONGRATS! This could just be ligaments stretching to accomodate your growing uterus. Blessings. Could also be endrometriosis check with your gyno for further tests

If you feel pain at mid-cycle, which means roughly two weeks after you start your period, then you could be experiencing middle-shmertz. This is a condition in which you feel pain or discomfort when you're ovulating. For some women it's simply mild discomfort, but sometimes it is debilitating pain. There really is no "cure" for this, you just have to endure it like period cramping. But I recommend tracking your cycle, if you find that you experiencing this pain each month at mid-cycle then you are most likely looking at middle shmertz. If the pain is severe or even so annoying that it affects your activities, I recommend making an appointment with your doctor because there are many other conditions, which can also cause ovarian pain. One of which being ovarian cysts.
