Shortcut keys are keyboard keys (or key combinations) which are configured to execute an often-used command or set of commands.
This includes the well-known ctrl-tab to cycle windows, ctrl-c to copy, and the like as well as the specialized media controls included on many modern-day keyboards.
Here is a list of some of the most commonly-used shortcut keys in windows.

Keyboard shortcuts are quick ways of doing tasks using a computer keyboard. Usually the involve pressing a key like Shift, Crl or Alt in combinations with other keys. Some of the most common ones are pressing Ctrl - S to save a file, Ctrl - C to copy something and Alt - F - X to exit a program. There are many more. Some work the same in lots of different programs, like the ones just mentioned and others are unique to particular applications. Once you learn to use them, you can operate applications a lot more efficiently than even using the mouse and icons.
There are various keyboard shortcuts that you can use. The keyboard shortcuts are used to save the time. Control and enter can be used to send the message.
There are none.
Google has not provided such an option yet. Turning off keyboard shortcuts is not a feature yet.
