In Mac OS X it is generally considered that a right click is equivalent to a right click. The right click on the mouse can be replicated by left clicking whilst pressing the Control key or, on a laptop, pressing two fingers on the touch pad whilst clicking. These settings can be configured in the Mouse section of System Preferences where any clickable option can be set to activate a right/secondary click.
The Mac version of Internet Explorer was discontinued by Microsoft in 2003 and there is no current version for Mac OS X. This is generally considered a good thing.
