Left alignment is the default in a normal document.
Left, right, centre and justify.
The main ones are left, right, center and justify. Go to the Format Cells dialog box, by pressing Ctrl - 1 and you can get to the Alignment settings from there.

Text Direction is available only in table cells. draw table with one or more cells, write text in cell and control alignment from layout tab which will appear when you work with tables, you will see Alignment section and text direction option iside

First select the cells you want to Merge and Center. Then there are two ways. You can go to Format Cells and then Alignment and the option is there. You can also do it by clicking on the icon on the Formatting toolbar.
Tires do not get out of alignment they may be out of balance but not alignment. Your suspension however can be out of alignment. The only way to know for sure is to have it checked.
