The Outlook Web App is a non-desktop version of Outlook. Outlook is part of the Microsoft Office suite and allows Microsoft users access to their email, contacts, calendars, tasks, and Office documents. If a user is not using the desktop version of Outlook and is instead using a mobile device, one can use the Outlook Web App to access the same email, contacts, calendars, tasks and documents on their smartphone or tablet.
