Some motherboards come with a CPU installed, but it is not, technically, part of the motherboard itself, but part of a substructure known as a chipset.
Not sure if this is what you answer you need but here goes: All computers have a motherboard. To this motherboard a CPU, RAM, graphics card, and harddisk are required. Optionally a sound card can be installed but it isn't required. Keep in mind that most motherboards these days come with inbuilt sound and graphics. These inbuilt components are usually of poor quality so if one desires better sound or a computer that runs games better it is necesary to buy these components seperately and plug them into the motherboard.

Internal burners are installed inside your computer. These burners connect to a computer's motherboard through cables. Instructions on where to plug these cables can be found in the instruction manual that came with the burner, or can be found on the web.
