Kindle eReaders can display gray scale illustrations. The Kindle Fire is more advanced and can do photos and movies.
A Kindle Fire can do far more; it has a full web browser, a color LCD display, thousands of apps and games, even more videos and TV shows, and more. The Kindle Touch is a touchscreen eReader with a very basic browser (bookmarks, cookies, and history) with an eInk display. Basically, the Kindle Fire can do a lot more, but the Kindle Touch is a way better eReader.
From hardware and display capability point of view, yes the Quran can be displayed and read on a Kindle screen just like a regular paper print. The format normally used is pdf. The pdf support provided by kindle is limited. But then there are certain copies of Quran available freely on internet that are formatted keeping specifically kindle in mind. The display, font style and font size are optimized for small screen and are very readable on kindle.
The Kindle Fire HD offers a higher resolution display and improved performance compared to the standard Kindle Fire. The HD version also usually has better cameras and sound quality, making it a more premium option for users who want better multimedia experiences.

In the US, the item ships for free with Super Saver Shipping. Bear in mind that in many countries (except the US) you'll need to pay import duties (I sent it to an Eastern European country back when the price was 255USD and the recipient paid the equivalent of 55USD in duties). And you have to buy the books to download onto it but they are only about $10.00 or so. And there is free Wi-Fi, so you can buy a book anywhere. I have one and I love it. :)
Yes and No. The kindle does not have an ambient light sensor to change the brightness of the screen like the Apple iPad does. In fact, the Kindle does not have a backlight at all. This is where the "yes" part comes in. Rather than providing light itself, which drains battery very quickly, the Kindle reflects ambient light to allow the user to read the words on the E-Ink display.
A standard Kindle has a very good refresh rate for an electronic reader, and will display books beautifully, but it can't show you video. You would have to get the upgraded Kindle Fire, which has more tablet like functionality. I am adding to this answer, I have a Kindle fire original and hdx and they both stream movies from Amazon Prime and Netflix and You Tube, there is no room or need to have the video in the Kindle memory when so many are available online as long as you have a WIFI connection avaiilable
The label on the box in which it came says "Assembled in China". The electronic ink display in manufactured in Taiwan.
You should wait for the iPad mini with retina display, or else you might as well buy a kindle fire.
While I can't give you a 100% accurate answer, I can tell you that Beats by Dr. Dre Beats Wirless and Beats Studio Wireless headphones use Bluetooth. From research I have found that the standard Kindle Fire does NOT have Bluetooth, thus, they won't work with it, but Kindle Fire HDs DO have Bluetooth. I do not have a Kindle Fire HD or Beats Wireless or Beats Studio Wireless, so I CANNOT guarentee that they will work with the Kindle Fire HD. Your best bet is to see if you can find a display headset of the Wireless Beats you are looking at getting at a retail store such as BestBuy, and try to pair the headphones to the Kindle.
No, right now Kindle doesn't display color. It does have 16 shades of gray, so you're able to see photos and other images. But the new Kindle Fire is in color. You can pre-order it on amazon.com for $199. But it doesn't have built-in 3G like the kindle 3.
