What substances are the structural material for building solid body parts?

The main substances used as structural materials for building solid body parts are metals and alloys. These materials offer high strength and durability, making them suitable for various applications in construction, manufacturing, and engineering. Other structural materials include ceramics, polymers, and composites, each with their own unique properties and applications.

How the materials can be categorized?

Materials can be categorized based on their composition (metals, polymers, ceramics, composites), properties (mechanical, thermal, electrical), and intended use (structural, functional, decorative). Additionally, materials can be classified as natural or synthetic, based on their origin.
