Start->Control Panel->All Control Panel Items->User Accounts-> you will have 4 options...
To do this go to search>control panel>system> then navigate through the options there. This may depend on your OS but this is for Windows.

Start > Control Panel > Power Options
Start->Control Panel->Power Options->Hibernate->enable hibernation
Go to "start" - "control panel" - then "appearance and personalisation " to get the main ones

start---settings---control panel---power options or start---run then type in "powercfg.cpl" (without the quotes) and click "ok"
