One disadvantage on using online graphic organizers is the ability to draw fast by hand versus a computer mouse. Another disadvantage is that online graphic organizers are not portable or hand-held.
I would just say why not ? Controlling a mouse and drawing using mouse is not actually a natural way of drawing and hence it is difficult to do.Probably by years of practice you will end making great cartoon using mouse but is you want to start it right now and make it in the best natural way possible is using a pen.The only difference is that you use a pen to draw on a board looking like thing and then your strokes are converted to digital form and you can view it on screen.** Mouse also does not provide you pressure sensitivity that is also what you do when you draw on paper,if you press a brush or pencil harder then the strokes are darker and thicker but you cannot simulate that using mouse and what you need is a graphics tablet to do that.
A mouse.
true.
The most popular way to resize a picture is to put it into a digital format on your computer, and than manually resize it using software such as Photoshop or MS Paint. Some websites also offer a resize service for completely free.
You can correct this size problem. Just open a browser window and resize it manually (not using maximize button). Place the mouse pointer on the lower rigth corner of the window, a resize handle will appear. Click and drag to resize the window to the full size. From now on every browser window you oen will appear in full size. If you find this info useful, please vote!!!

This seems like a very generalized question so I'll answer it in general terms too. GUI = Graphic User Interface What is meant by the term Interface in this acronym is the interaction between the peripheral devices (keyboard, mouse, etc.) and the computer processor. It interfaces or allows the user to communicate with the remainder of the hardware through the Operating System. Graphic just means it isn't done using command line.
Can you be more specific about what are you trying to do and on what device? There are two methods to move around in your document, If you are using a mouse, you can move around each page of a document by scrolling up and down using the "Scrolling wheel" on mouse. If you are using a keyboard, you can move around using the "Page Up and Page Down" arrow keys on your keyboard.
The details may depend on the operating system. In Windows, which I am most familiar with, you can drag any of the four borders of the window, or any of the four corners. Note that some windows are designed so that you can't resize them.
