An icv is an idle control valve. It controls the idle of the car (without the accelerator pedal depressed).
Another term for ICV is ileocecal valve. The ileocecal valve separates the small and large intestine. The ICV valve prevents back flow of waste materials from the large intestine.
Need more info... I may know this by a different name ICV???
Hashing.
idle control valve
If you mean the idle air control (IAC) valve, on the 4.0 L OHV engine it is on the driver's side of the engine, mounted on the upper "plastic" intake manifold, right above the rectangular DPFE sensor.
Idle Control Vavle (ICV) is attached to the throttle body from underneath. Next to the ICV you can find two cooling pipes going through the changer where the valve operates.
were is icv located on a 1994 bmw 325is

mounted on the metal intake near the firewall. should be two large hoses. one from the the rubber intake to the ICV (idle control valve) and one from the ICV to the metal intake. hope this helps
People have developed many encryption algorithms. One particular encryption algorithm is the Rijndael algorithm, usually called the AES or Advanced Encryption Standard.
"Evaluating cryptography is difficult since without 'breaking' the encryption its hard to say whether one encryption is better or not. Pretty Good Encryption (PGP) is asymmetric, that is the encryption and decryption keys are different which may give it an edge on symmetric encryption."
