∙ 10y agoThat depends on where you want go. So there is no single answer. You could use Page Up or Page Down. You could use the F5 key to instigate the Goto command and then pick where you want to go. There are various key combinations that may be of use depending on where you are and the content of the worksheet. Keys like Ctrl-End for example, or the Home key.

When the Table of Contents is displayed in the Help window, the Table of Contents button replaces the Show Table of Contents button.
