The very first time you save, you will get the Save As dialog box. After that, as long as you use the Save option from the File menu, as opposed to the Save As option, you will not see the Save As dialog box again. You can also do it by pressing and holding the Ctrl key and pressing S, or by clicking on the icon on the toolbar. Only if you want to change the way you are saving it, like using a different name or a different location, do you need to use Save As again.
Open PSD file in Photoshop then go to File > Save As. In Save As dialog choose from Format drop down list at bottom of dialog: Photoshop EPS.

You can set password when you save a file in GstarCAD. The method is following: In "Save Drawing As" dialog box, press "Tools" button then choose "security options". In "security options" dialog you can set password for your file.
