There is no print screen key for Macs, however, there are several key combinations for taking screenshots based on what you want to do with the screenshot.
I personally use Cmd+Shift+4, and select what I wish to take a picture of, or if i want to take a picture of a window, I press space. This will save the screenshot on your desktop.
However there are several more available, see related links.
On the keyboard
On Windows, Press "Print Screen" to save a screenshot to your copy buffer. Then just paste it somewhere. If you do not have a full keyboard (perhaps because you are on a laptop) then you may need to hold the "Fn" (Function) key while you press another with "Print Screen" on it, which will probably be written in blue.
The F5 key can be found between the F4 and F6 keys. Some keyboards use the Function (F) keys to control audio volume and screen brightness etc. To function as a normal function key the Fn key should be pressed at the same time as the F key.

To print from a Mac to an Epson NX400 you need to plug a USB cable into the Mac and connect it to the printer. If the printer does not work when connected you may need to install a driver for your Mac (See links below).
