Open the calendar in SharePoint. If you're using SharePoint 2010, select the ribbon tab - Calendar and click the button 'connect to outlook'. If you're using sharepoint 2007. Click the actions menu > connect to outlook.

Yes one can migrate from outlook 2003 to Outlook 2010. To do this firstly take the backup of .pst file of Outlook 2003. Now install the Outlook 2010 and move the backup .pst file into Outlook 2010. To do this following steps should be followed : 1.Start Outlook 2010. Click File tab and then Info tab on menu. 2.In Accounts settings tab, click Accounts settings again. 3.Now click Data Files tab → Add. Select Outlook data File(*.pst), under save as type. 4.Find new location of .pst file and click OK. 5.Select the .pst file and click on Set as default. Click Ok 6.Click the .pst file which was identified in step 3 and remove the local .pst file from the profile. 7.Click Yes then Close and OK to close all the dialog boxes. 8.Now Restart Outlook.
