Is sneezing normal for a pet rat?

i sugest take your rat to the vet first, if the vet says there is nothing to do so the shower thing . Also, if you just got her, stress or the new environment may be making him/her sneeze. Allthough, your rat may also have an upper respetory(spell check, lol) infection, rats are prone to those.

I have rats, they sneeze all the time. Every rat I have ever had sneezed. Its just either water, bedding or food seasoning that gets on there whiskers. But see a vet anyway, because one of mine had a cold once.

There are many reasons why rats may be sneezing. Most of the time, it is an allergy to household dust. If it is constant sneezing, there is more cause for concern.
