no need to change the copper tube if the capacity of the unit is same.

DC
They have to be thrown at the right angle.
DC is necessary in the electrolytic process to refine copper. In other processes for extracting the metal from the ore, where heat is needed, AC is preferred because it is more easily transmitted over distances.
...and DC? yes. The voltage rating may change, though.
It is AC, alternating current. To create DC the generated power needs to go through a full wave rectifier.
There are some people out there that wonder the same question. Usual the ones that sale the ac equipment it for scrap this is not a concern of ours. We buy our tubing in lenghts.
Not much. But they have copper pipes and condensers. Very attractive to the thieves at today's prices.
For a 200 amp AC circuit, the recommended wire diameter for aluminum is typically around 2/0 AWG (0.3648 inches) and for copper it is around 4/0 AWG (0.4600 inches). Please consult with a qualified electrician or refer to the National Electrical Code for specific sizing requirements for your installation.
if your trying to recharge your ac on a 1994 thru 2000 cadillac 4.9 and the comprsser wont turn on due the the low level dissconnect your battery and take the positive lead and touch it to the ground of the battery (this will reset your computer) hook up your recharge kit and start the car put the ac. on the coldest setting and shake the can up and down this makes it charge faster. but be aware make sure your charging kit has a gage if the gage goes into the red disconnect and stand away from the car theres a clog in your ling or somthings not right shut off the car and bring it to a repair shop and let them do it
