Is there a way to edit out a visible tattoo or scars from a video?

I have vericose veins all over my legs and would like to film a series of videos, but my vericose veins will be exposed.. I’ve been taking pictures and use photoshop, and would like to post my videos but the only thing I care to hide, is my vericose veins... Is there a software or app I could use to edit/videoshop my vericose veins from the finished project?? If not, is this something a professional could do?

Yes, there is an app. BUT, PERSONNALY I THINK IF PEOPLE DONT KNOW WHO U REALLY ARE U WONT HAVE TRUE RELATIONSHIP AND U WONT HAVE REAL FRIENDS!!!!!!
