A milliliter is a measure of volume. It is equivalent to a cube one centimeter on a side, about the size of a sugar cube. A millimeter is a measure of length. It is one tenth of a centimeter; there are 25.4 millimeters in an inch.

It doesn't make sense to ask how many volumes are in a length. However, you can consider a cubic millimeter, the volume of a cube one millimeter on a side. That is one thousandth of a milliliter.

NONE - milltimeters is a LENGTH. -That means the physical distance between the start and end of some kind of linear object.

Ml ,or Millilitres is VOLUME- a measure of content or capacity, usually expressed in units that are the cubes of linear units, or in simpler terms, what fits in a certain space.

There is no similarity between LENGTH and VOLUME. They CAN NOT be 'converted' to each other.
