In any Windows, first, you have to create a new folder. So, go to where you want to save your first folder (the one that will hold the other folder inside it). Then, right-mouse-click, and click 'create new folder'. A folder will pop up, and name that folder. Then, after naming that folder, double-click on it to go inside the folder. There will be nothing there, since it is a new folder. Then, right-mouse-click inside the emtpy space, and click on 'create new folder'. Name that folder, and then you just saved a folder within a folder.
Simple. Hold control then left-click, select "New" and then "folder". You don't have to name the folder anything. It will simply be called "New Folder" by default. Or, you can choose to identify the folder by using any one (or combination) of the following symbols: + ( ) = & ^ % $ # @ ! ~ ` ' , . ; { [ } ] - _ You may also choose to use one letter (lowercase or caps) to identify a folder. You cannot use any of these symbols in a filename: \ / ? * : " > < |
To make a folder, hold down an icon, drag it over another icon and you've got a folder. To name it, hold down an icon in the folder, click on its name, and a keyboard will come up for you to name it.

Depends on how many characters you got and how many columns it got
you have to go on your itunes and make the folder on your computer then sync it to your iPhone/iPod
Because there is already a folder with that name, it's called configurations, 'con' for short.
When you download your character unzip it to your mugen folder. Then copy the name of the folder. Now go to the data folder and open " select.def " with notepad or word pad. Scroll down until you see this line: kfm, stages/kfm.def paste the name underneath it. (don't worry you don't have to put the stage thing unless your mugen is REAAALY old)
it is more handy to give it a name but i dont see why you need to avoid a new folder.
If you move the folder, it changes its path. Browse the folder by its name or seach the fodler with its name in the windows path. Try searching that path if you are unsure of the exact path.

That would be the "Program Files" folder. It is usually on C: drive. With a 64 bit system you will have a "Program Files" folder, and a "(x86) Program files" folder. The program itself will usually be in a separate folder in the "Program file" folder. It will either have the name of the program or the name of the program Company. If the folder is named after the company then the program will be in a separate folder inside the company folder.
