There are a couple msn chat for mac, you could have adium, amsn (it is very similar and supports video chat) you could have messenger on mac That's all I no. Note: I use amsn and adium because with adium you can have more then one msn at a time. eg. google talk and msn.

As of version 7.x of MSN Messenger for Mac - Microsoft still does not support video for consumer users with @hotmail, @live, or @msn accounts. Microsoft has demonstrated a beta of Messenger 8 for Mac that WILL include cross-platform video-chat capabilities. It's expected to be released later in 2009. There are alternatives to Messenger such as Adium and amsn that do support video. (See links below)
