Column and Row titles are on a worksheet by default. They can be hidden or shown in the View tab of the Options setting. They are not there by default when printed. You can add them in for printing on the Sheet tab options of the Print Setup.
This question is not clear. If you have symbols in your worksheet, just copy them from where ever they are on the worksheet to the top row.
In a worksheet rows are identified by the row numbers which are displayed at the beginning of each row. These numbers increase incrementally as you move down the worksheet. For example the first row would be labeled as row 1 the second row as row 2 and so on.Rows can also be identified by the letters at the top of the worksheet which correspond to the columns. For example the first row is labeled with the letter A the second row with the letter B and so on. This allows you to easily refer to specific cells in the worksheet by their column and row identifiers such as A1 B2 etc.

Click on the number to the left of the row.
Clearing a row removes the content and format of all cells in the row, but it does not remove the row. It leaves a completely blank row in the worksheet.
A Cell.
The interserction of a column and a row
The intersection of row and column is called a cell.
My best guess for a poorly-worded question is worksheet title.
The numbers in the heading to the left of a worksheet grid are called row names.
The intersection of a column and a row in a worksheet is a cell. The address of the cell is the combination of the column and the row. The Column's address is a letter; the row is a number. Cell A1 is in the upper left hand corner. Cell B1 is to its right but cell A2 is underneath it.
