Here is an idea I read, does not block leechers but slows them down, click on the torrent you are uploading go to props and tick initial seeding then ok.
From what I have read utorrent then seeds evenly to the peers, so if you have some peers that are 90%+ and will soon leg it, then they are put on hold (sort of) and utorrent seeds to the low % peers.
Try it and watch the peers.

You can get an invite to almost all torrent sites here: http://www.torrentauction.com
No if there are no leechers. If there are leechers, then it's possible if all the leechers have enough of the different parts to make up the whole download.
find a torrent with more seeders and less leechers -hope this helps:))
Seeders are people who have already downloaded the file earlier. Once a user has finished downloading a torrent, whenever he's is online, he will upload tiny bits of file to those users who are still downloading the torrent. The downloading process of your torrent depends on the number of seeders online. The more seeders the faster the download will go.Leechers are people who has a negative effect on the swarm of the torrent. Leechers are commonly the users who download much than they upload. They are the users who doesn't leave their bit torrent clients seeding after downloading the file. They didn't spread the share of seeds that has been downloaded to the user. When searching torents, always magnet those links with high seeded torents. If there are no seeders, you will never finish the download, no matter how many leechers there are!
You can not download songs from Bit Torrent. All Bit Torrent does is manage torrents. To download music for use with Bit Torrent you have to find websites where they have torrent libraries. I"d suggest using either of the sites in the related links. You select the file you want to download on these sites, and then they go to bit torrent where it actually downloads the songs and puts them together.
Its the place where the seeders and leechers are cumming from
No
uTorrent is a bit torrent client which allows you to download .torrent files.
Right clik on the torrent that you want to stop seeding, then select clik on the stop. You will see a 'Finished' in place of 'seeding' if its completely downloaded torrent, otherwise 'Stopped'. U can also remove the torrent after completion by selecting 'remove' when u right click the torrent.
utorrent was bought by bit torrent later so they are almost identical..though bit torrent uses a lot of resources of your computer..so utorrent is a better choice.
No.
In and of themselves, yes.Downloading pirated content is often not legal, but this is independent of whether you get it by bit torrent or other means.
A tracker in a Bittorrent swarm organizes the seeders and leechers. You don't need a tracker though, you can just use DHT when creating a torrent. You can also use Openbittorrent's tracker.
