It's not hard to restore deleted files. First check and make sure you didn't empty your recycle bin, if the file is still in there, just restore it. In order to restore them, you must first download a free file recovery program.
It Goes From It's Original Place.. From The Place You've Deleted It... ex: You deleted a file in My documents... when you restore it... it will appear in my documents..
Commonly use to recover a deleted file is to go in the recycle bin and restore it but if the file is deleted through shift-delete the file will not find in the bin. To retrieve the files that were deleted by shift-delete, you will need to download and install the shift delete file recovery software which is downloadable online.

I'm Sorry To Say But You Can't I Tried Everthing Nothing Happened
No. When you clicked empty it tells you you cannot. The only way you MAY be able to get a the file back is if you recently used it before you deleted it, if you did that, you can go to recent files and pull it back up.
If the file is in the Recycle bin, it is easy to recover it. Simply click on the icon for recycle bin on your desktop, and locate the file you just deleted. Then right click on it, and select restore. This would restore the file back to its original location.
Restore your computer to an earlier date when you had saved your file or Using ERD Commander disk to recover deleted files. Generally the second option works more better because i have used that.
The file might still be on your computer, try searching for it, then look in the recycle bin, if you cant find it, you prob. dont have it anymore
That would be a 'back-up' file - assuming you have one ! A back-up is a copy of something that you can go back to in case something has happened to the original.
