Go to the Deleted Items folder and find the deleted Yahoo! mail you want to restore. Click it and choose move to inbox.
Check the Recycle Bin they go there first before they are deleted permanently. If it is there then you can restore it.

PST stands for Personal Folder File.
Deleted messages are stored for a time in the Trash folder until that folder is cleared ("emptied"). Messages deleted from the Trash folder can't be recovered.
Close outlook completely. Navigation to the location of the PST file in your directory. Create a new folder called archive. Copy and Paste your existing PST file into the Archive folder. Navigate to the Archive folder. Rename the PST file to something that will allow you to remember when this backup was created, (ie, PSTArchive09JUN.pst)
Check in the recycle bin. You can restore it if it is there, along with its files. If not, you can recreate it where it was, although none of the files that might have been it will be there.
The contents of the folder are also deleted. Usually your computer will ask you to confirm the operation If you do delete a whole folder. It can be easily retrieved from the Trash Bin. Or recycling folder
No - system restore is designed to 'roll back' your computer to a point in time before a problem occurred. It will undo installations, but not restore deleted files.
There is a folder called deleted items in your menu, that is where your emails go when you delete them, as a side note you should delete the items in the deleted folder every so often to help save space, while in the folder click edit at the top and then click empty deleted items folder.
