How do you reset an i-pod?

For any iPod if you connect it to the computer it and click on it's information( click your device's name from the left hand side) You can click the restore button it the device page. This will completely reset your device and delete everything on it. You can readd everything afterwards, don't worry it backs up your device's profile.

If you have an ipod touch/and iphone you can also do this on your device by going settings ( on the main home screen) then tapping general, then tap rest and then you can choose what you want to reset.
