Vista Defender Pro is a fake software. It tries to gouge you by asking for a paid upgrade but the only thing you can expect after paying are more malware. You will notice that your computer seem slow when performing tasks and your free disk space will only have a few megabytes of storage left. These are just a few of the symptoms of an infection by a rogue anti-spyware app such as Vista Defender Pro.
You can remove Vista Defender Pro malware by running a scan on your system. Once an infection is detected, you can delete it automatically. No need to resort to reformatting or service fees. Check theattached link for a detailed removal instructions.

Yes it is compitable
Not to my knowledge.
The reason being, if you want to remove Windows Vista, you will have to either (a) Re-format the hard drive: which erases EVERYTHING ON THE DISK! or (b) perform a downgrade installation to Windows XP Pro or Windows 2000 Pro. If you reformat the disk you erase everything, including the operating system (which is Vista in this case). Since your computer has no operating system it is no longer able to function (you can still turn it on, but you get a disk boot error). You will need to re-install a different Operating System, or Vista again if you wish to do so, in order to have the computer function properly.
It does on Vista Home Basic (my op sys). I have Office 2000 Pro on it with no problems.
I used to be an XP user with Premiere 6 and Premiere pro 1.5 installed. I upgraded to vista and both of these applications work flawlessley. Since Premiere 6 is a much much earlier edition, I believe that Pro 2 will have no problems. Since my upgrade to vista, I installed CS3 which still has no problems (although I can't use the DV capture but I don't think that's a Vista problem).
The answer depends on which Sierra Vista you mean. The one in Cochise County AZ, the one in Los Angeles County CA, or the one in Madera County CA. It also depends on whether you're looking for free legal help for a criminal or civil case. For criminal cases, you need a Public Defender or similar court- appointed lawyer (if your income is low enough to qualify, one will be appointed for you; you don't get to choose). For civil cases, you need to find a legal aid office or pro-bono lawyers' organization that handles your type of case. You can find a website for your local Public Defender, legal aid, or pro-bono office by checking CourtReference, which lists those resources for every state. Use the first related link below for Sierra Vista AZ resources, or the second link for Los Angeles or Madera County CA resources. Links are arranged statewide first, then by county.
