With an external hard drive =D
Yes, you can, but you a flash drive with a lot of free space.
It depends on the problem. It could be defective or not getting power. If you were in your PC to do something else, you could have pulled the plug out of the back. If it is not working, and you need to remove the media from it, most CD or DVD drives have a pin hole under the tray. You can put a safety pin or paper clip through there to help get the tray out. Often, in a case like this, you have to replace the drive. That isn't too hard. Just remove the cover to the PC. There are usually case screws in the back, but if there are none, there could just be a latch. Then you would loosen all the screws to the CD/DVD drive, unplug the cables to the drive, then pull the drive out. Then you would put the new one in the reverse of the way you took the old one out. There is one thing to keep in mind when you replace a CD/DVD drive. If the machine is older, you might not be able to find one that will work. Older machines used ATA CD/DVD drives, while newer CD/DVD drives are all SATA. If you have a spare SATA socket, that should not be a problem. But if the machine has no SATA ports, then you would need to install a card to have a place to plug the drive.
Turn off the computer and turn it back on.
go on your computer and put the flash drive in
put the CD into the drive and install it on the first one then put it in the next PC drive and install it, but there can be problem with CD-key
I'm sorry, but either you put it on a memory stick/pen drive or you can't
