Press the eject button ! I assume you have a disk stuck, and the tray won't open - look carefully for a small hole (about a millimetre in diameter) on the front of the tray. Take a Paper-clip, and straighten it out - insert the end of the paper-clip into the hole as far as it will fo (not that far) and it should pop the tray open.

you say eject disk "into". eject usually means to remove the disc from the computer. If you want to "eject" the disk you must push the button on the drive you inserted the disk into or go into Computer or My computer depnding on the version of windows you are using and right click on the CD drive icon and click eject. If you want to put a disk into the computer you can follow the same steps.
