4500mhd is found only on notebooks. There is currently no way to overclock this chip, unless your notebook has BIOS that enables it. You can look, but I guarantee you won't find one in the market.
There is a program called GMABooster that overclocks Intel graphics. It is very sadly only limited to Intel 945.
Your only solution is to restrict your games to run at 640x480 rez. another option to improve fps from your card is to download a modified driver i am curently running royal bna driver for intel gma 4500 and i am now able to run war thunder on low settings but it is an integrated card that will never be amazing. but i guarantee an improvement after using this driver
