Download Custom icons Then Take A Image Or Photo Make It In Any Form Then Save Your Icon And Choose A Program To Get

Or..... Find a program like photoshop or gimp that supports saving files as " .ico " types. Make the image that u want to be your icon 32 x 32 pixels for a standard windows icon( it never hurts to make it larger, because windows will auto-size it).
For a better look i suggest making a transparent/ alpha background behind the image. When your done making your image however you'd like save it as a bitmap image, but beside the name of the image put " .ico ". For example: " Myicon.ico " .
Then find the folder or program that u want to change the icon too, right click it.. go to properties and find change icon, browse for your image and see if it works.
