Regedit is not disabled by default in Windows 7. To run regedit, click the Start button and in the Search Programs and Filesbox type regedit and press the Enter key. Regedit should open.
If regedit has been disabled there are a few methods to use to re-enable it.
However, it is possible that regedit is disabled by group policy. If so, you can not change that. Consult your administrator.
Regedit can be enabled by changing the policy setting in Windows Group Policy Editor (GPEdit.msc). This however requires administrative rights.
Unicode is enabled by default on Windows 7. In fact, there's no way to "disable" it.
if you cannot find it, simply run it from the RUN menu type 'regedit' and it will take you there
it depends on how u disabled it. if it was a virus, you should probably just reinstall windows, or if you disabled it by accident then you could probably get an third party freeware program that allows you to tweak your windows system, and then you could re enable regedit from there. try tuneup, its pretty good, or just google search "free windows tweaking programs"

You might want to stay out of the regedit if you have no clue what your doing, messing around in there can mess up your computer. If you want to go in there anyways go to Start > Run and type in regedit. You can also go to C:\WINDOWS\regedit.
