What is the difference between an island-style keyboard and an hp keyboard?
I'm assuming that by "HP keyboard", they are referring to HP's
standard keyboard in which the keys are pretty much butted up
against each other. They are so close together that they are almost
touching. An island style keyboard is the same thing as a "chicklet
keyboard" in which the keys are separated from one another. They
keys often resemble chicklet gum especially if they are hard. Also,
take a look at the keys, you'll see that each one is separated like
each one is an independent "island".
