You cannot disable flash player in Chrome. It is one of the most important things to run a script.
Right click on the player -> Settings... Turn off hardware acceleration. That fixed it for me.

Right click the YouTube video, go to setting and uncheck the Hardware Acceleration box. If the setting is greyed out go to http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ right click, go to setting and uncheck the Harware Acceleration box. This should solve the problem.
