Extract the files from the RAR, then create the PUP file from the extracted files.
The mpeg is inside the rar file. Use WinRar or 7-zip to extract the files.
RAR files are archives - you can't convert them, you have to unpack them. You'll require an archiver program to do that, like B1 Free Archiver.
You don't want to change the rar file, you want to extract it using an extractor like WinRar or 7-zip. The files you need are inside.
To "unpack" a .rar file you need to install a decompression tool such as WinZip or WinRar. These will let you open .rar files and open the full files with applications that can read those (such as Microsift(TM) Word or OpenOffice for.doc files).
You can download Midaq Alley from here: http://rapidshare.com/files/290072449/Midaq_Alley.part01.rar http://rapidshare.com/files/290072511/Midaq_Alley.part02.rar http://rapidshare.com/files/290085287/Midaq_Alley.part03.rar http://rapidshare.com/files/290109294/Midaq_Alley.part04.rar http://rapidshare.com/files/290110219/Midaq_Alley.part05.rar http://rapidshare.com/files/290110556/Midaq_Alley.part06.rar http://rapidshare.com/files/290110593/Midaq_Alley.part07.rar http://rapidshare.com/files/290124748/Midaq_Alley.part08.rar http://rapidshare.com/files/290147540/Midaq_Alley.part09.rar http://rapidshare.com/files/290147859/Midaq_Alley.part10.rar http://rapidshare.com/files/290148268/Midaq_Alley.part11.rar http://rapidshare.com/files/290149139/Midaq_Alley.part12.rar http://rapidshare.com/files/290159846/Midaq_Alley.part13.rar http://rapidshare.com/files/290186330/Midaq_Alley.part14.rar http://rapidshare.com/files/290186694/Midaq_Alley.part15.rar Enjoy it!
.rar files are not multimedia files, so you can't play them. A RAR file is an archive, just like .zip or .tar that can contain one or more compressed files. You can extract those files from the .rar archive and play them (if they are audio files). You can use a program like WinRAR or 7-Zip unpack them.
You would have to un-rar them (using something like WinRar) to a temporary folder, then zip them (using something like WinZip) into a zip file. No direct conversion out there that I'm aware of.
Those are really two completely different file types. An ISO image is a collection of many files (including EXE files in some cases), basically an archive like RAR or ZIP, but unlike RAR/ZIP it is not compressed. An EXE file is an executable file that just contains code to be ran. If you convert the ISO to an EXE it will not do anything.
1. Use the rar command. rar e <rar file name>
simple u cant unless you wii is chipped
Just extract one of the .rar files into a folder. You don't need to do anything with all the other .rar files.
