you can change the individual Programs by going into run : regedit and changing the HKEY_Local_Machine/Software/ Wow6432/ InDesign 7.0 : installer Locale Setting to (en_US) and User Interface to (Value 11) these modified will change InDesign to English and for PhotoShop you have to go to Program Files/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop/Locales/es or en_US/ Support files/ then change the "tw10428.dat to tw10428.bak"
