How do you cancel a PayPal subscription?

To close your PayPal account click first on "My Account", then "Profile". On the left under "Account Information" the last link is "Close Account". After clicking on it you'll be asked to verify your account. Any balance left in your account will be mailed as a check to your address on file.

Go to the main PayPal site, www.paypal.com, and click on the "sign up" button that you see on the homepage.

On the following page, from the drop-down options select your country and then select the account type that you want to open. A "Personal" account is most suitable if you only want to use the account for buying, while a "Premier" account is best if you want to both buy and sell online.

Next you need to enter your email address, choose a password and enter your name, address, and phone details, read the terms and then click on the "agree and create account" button.

Once you've opened your account, you can add your bank account and/or credit card details.

As long as your account is not currently limited due to some sort of outstanding enquiry, then you can simply login to your account select Profile from the submenu at the top of the screen and then proceed to Close Account. You will be asked why you want to close your account, just select the most appropriate category for your reason and it will be closed.

Yes you can. Log-in to your account, On the 'Profile' drop-down menu - click the 'My Account Settings' link. To the right of 'Account Type' click the 'close account' link, and follow the instructions.
