Go to http://home.aafes.com and login to the AAFES intranet (upon the first login, your username is your SSN, and your password is your DOB in YYYYMMDD format).
After logging in, you click on "Outlook Web Access (OWA2007)" and on that page, login using your LAN ID and password like you would use to log into any AAFES workstation.
Now, remotely accessing your workstation is an entirely different story -- for that you DO need to be granted access.
