To reset your Miuchiz to factory settings, (this is easier with two people) press down on the D-Pad and hold, while simultaneously holding MENU, DO NOT RELEASE! While still holding down AND menu, insert the end of a paper clip into the reset button located on the back of the Miuchiz handheld Unit.
