I would not bother trying to overclock a laptop graphics card because of the limited ventilation that laptops have. You would risk overheating the laptop and damaging it for a negligible gain in performance.
Some laptops have decent cooling however. Especially if you have the technical skill to apply new thermal paste, you may be able to get some better performance out of it.
You can use a program called MSI afterburner. Its free and pretty cool. Step 1 MONITOR YOUR TEMPERATURES. DO NOT LET THEM EXCEED 80c!!
We are not responsible for any damages to you your machine or etc...
You can't "update" it, but you can overclock it. Overclocking is just running a component harder than it was made to. You might need to upgrade your power supply or fan depending on how much you overclock the card. http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/overclock-graphics-card,1916.html
A optimized card that is pushing the limit to a higher point in performance
What graphics card? Probably not, unless it was made for your specific model or brand, or if both the card and your laptop are MXM.
Overclock it.
Sorry, but no. Most laptops you can't change the graphics card. The same goes for this laptop. The graphics card is soldered to the motherboard, there is no way of improving it.
Laptop graphics cards are generally considered to be impossible to upgrade.
yes. Sometimes.
No u cant put a graphics card into a laptop no it is not hard to put a graphics card in a lap top...its impossible *The person before is an idiot. Yes, its possible. Extremely difficult. You must have years and years of computer experience and be a computer engineer. I believe the graphics card has to be dedicated for there to be a chance.
I'd go with ATI
you get a program online that can overclock gpus if its a nvidia car their website has a program that overclocks gpus and also allows for fan speed and other settings to be monitored
The ATI Rage won't work in your Toshiba laptop, unfortunately. The graphics card in your laptop is soldered on.
There is no graphics card to change as the graphic chips are built into the motherboard. This is common with most makes of laptop computers.
