If you can set up columns you can make a brochure on any word processing program. Simply set the page to format in landscape. Set up four columns (it is sometimes easier to type your text first). Add pictures or drawings as you would for any other application, just remember to format the size of the inserts to fit within the columns. You may have to adjust margins a bit to make it work, and you may have to print one side at a time (first all copies of side one, then all copies of side two). You just have to go old-school.
