Right click on the server you want to favouritem and go down to 'Remote Console', here you will get a window saying Host:Port followed by an I.P, select the I.P and copy it. Go to the Favourites tab and click on the little orange tick box near the top, saying 'Add Server', paste the I.P into the new Host:Port box, and voila, you're done, you've added the server to your favourites.
