This is a very vague question but it is a decent card, i had the 6650 and i could run saints row 3 on it on high graphics (1280x1024) if you want to play heavy graphic games as i call them i would get either the Nvidea 680 or the Radeon HD 7780. Hope this helps.
The most recent AMD card is the Radeon R9 390X, and a FAST card it is! I recommend it. If you want to switch to NVIDEA go with the GTX 980ti. I own both of these cards and they are both amazing.
You should be able to run SWTOR with the AMD Radeon HD 8400 graphics card, although you might have to tweak the game setting a little bit to run at a decent FPS.
From the information given this could be several cards. I see the low end graphics card that I will assume is not yours. I will give the link of the search. If you find yours and find its cheaper than most. You might want to upgrade. Also take serious consideration if it is a AGP or a PCIe slot type. Your motherboard might not support it.All and All if you have the mid level Radeon you'll be just fine.
In the game Portal, yes.In real life... there could be something called a portal gun. But there's no known way of making something that works even approximately like the gun in Portal.
it depends, if you decrease graphics it runs smoother, and increased graphics make it lag. you could buy more RAM, which will help against lag. or you could buy the latest drivers or updates. overclocking the graphics card could be an option, but its not reccomended there might be other ways
Wiki says that Cave Johnson and Caroline from Portal 2 could be Chell's parents.
Looking at your motherboard, the RX 480 will work with your rig no doubt. Just a suggestion, depending on what games you play, you could get a Geforce GTX 1050 Ti, as it is more than $100 dollars less, and can still run games very nicely with decent frames.
no
Definitely Reach. Portal 2 was just awful. There was absolutely no action. Portal 2 was stupid and I could not get into it. Halo Reach is all action and fun.
Usually the graphics are in a table of illustrations. But Icons could conceivably have a place in a glossary.
