A thumbnail view of WHAT?
It is view mapper, when you enlarge image in Photoshop, at navigator you can see what part of image you are looking at on your screen.
Browser history can be seen in the settings. Like in Chrome, we can see it in the settings tab.
You can learn from books, Internet tutorials. There are lot of tutorials on Internet just type photoshop tutorials in browser. Good starting point are official Adobe video tutorials. See related link.
A text browser can display only text (no pictures). A graphics browser lets you view both text and graphics (you can see the pictures).
you have to be using the Mozilla Firefox browser. go to the top of the browser page, click on VIEW, then PAGE STYLE, then NO STYLE.

The benefits of thumbnail pictures include saving bandwidth, and providing an easy to view image for those on mobile devices. Being able to see a thumbnail allows those who are not sure they are interested in seeing the larger picture the ability to decide whether it is worth their time and bandwidth to load the full image.
Slide Sorter view displays thumbnail sized representations of all slides in your presentation.
Hold down Ctrl while clicking on picture thumbnail on Layers palette, this will select entire picture - you will see marching ants around picture, then go to Edit - Copy, this will place picture on computer clipboard.
A Web Browser is software that enables users to view web pages and to jump from one page to another.
Webpages are displayed in your browser. Use the controls on your browser to display more on the screen. If you click the restore up button on the browser, you will open your browser as far as it will go. If you want to see the webpage without the browser menus, etc. you will need to use the options available on your browser. The F11 key will toggle the full screen view with Internet Explorer.
