You cannot put a memory card in an Iphone, they use there internal memory for storage.
Listen Carefully I mean Read Carefully! There is something on the side of the iphone and u open up that place you put in the memory card and Waaahla U got it!
Try inserting a different memory card (that you know is working. If you still get the same message - the Iphone is faulty. If, however the new card works, then the original card is faulty.
There are no memory cards available for the Iphone so you will not void the warranty.
The memory card is located on the skinny right side of the iPhone, if its standing upright( It is located on the opposite side of the volume and ringer buttons) There should be a small dot a little bellow the center of the side, and when pushed in using a small needle (like a push-pin) it releases the sim/memory card to the iPhone. To put it back in just place the sim card on its holder, then push it back into place with the holder. If your iPhone freezes this might be a good idea to.
how do i put my memory card in the camera, it won't fit

I think 16 GB memory cards are the largest.
To clear memory card, you could format the memory card or put in your laptop and delete it
If the memory card itself is not damaged, it might be possible to put it into another iPhone. I am not sure about the details, specifically in the case of an iPhone, and in any case you better consult with a repair technician who works with iPhones.
