Your school likes to keep track of what books you already read so it is generally not possible to take a quiz on a book that you already did an AR test. Sometimes exceptions are made for special education students. Talk to your teacher.

It is up to the school district if you are allowed to take the AR tests more than once. Sometimes it is allowed for special education students. Often this is done to discourage students from taking tests based on movies or a book read a long time ago.

The tests are taken only once so that students don't take the test, write down the questions and then pass. The object is to test reading skills not memory of test questions. However some special ed students are given special permission to take the test more than once.
