You can. Go into iTunes
and click in the right hand corner your iPod.
It will then come up with a summary of your ipod.
At the top next to summary should be your apps. When you click on your apps scroll down until you see 'File sharing'
and below there will be a list of apps. Click on Video star and next to it will show you all the documents on that app. Click on the ones you want to import and below 'Save to...' will be highlighted. Click that and save to where you want.
